All diesel engine data is usually from The Diesel Shop with inclusions from Wikipedia where the information on The Diesel Shop was spotty. Former Maine Central Locomotives are checked against Maine Central Diesel Locomotives Revised Edition by Edwin B. Robertson.
Unit was stored at Waterville and sold to Ed Clark, owner of the North Stratford RR until removed in 1992 and leased to the Maine Coast RR as their 958. It is now leased by the HOBO Railroad in Lincoln, NH as their #958. Thanks to trainweb.org for some of the history information.
