Home>Engine Maker>SLR Built RM-1s
These engines were gp-9s that had problems with their main power plant. The Saint Lawrence and Atlantic Railway engine facility removed it and linked the traction motors to a GP40-3. The GP-40s were numbered 3801-3806 and the RM-1s were 801-806. They still have at least 3 of these interchangeable sets running.
